Welcome to Hog Day Afternoon

First post! Most of you reading this will be aware that I'm doing a summer project researching the differences in piglet mortality between two pig houses (what a mouthful - try telling that to people all day).

The good thing is I get to play with piglets, which are infinitely cute, in a pink, sharp-toothed, curly-tailed sort of way.

The bad thing is that they're usually dead when I look at them.

Of course, my project being what is it, I some time to spare each day. So I thought I'd keep myself, and hopefully a few others, amused over the course of the project by recording my (lack of) progress!

Note: I have changed names to preserve the anonymity certain characters. Any resemblance to yourself or anyone you know is purely coincidental and a product of my overactive imagination.
